Telemechanics provides on-site maintenance service for a wide range of products either through direct maintenance contracts or through NCR partner services. Our unique relationship with NCR gives us access to over 3,500 technicians, who are directly dispatched by Telemechanics, and 75 emergency parts stocking locations nationwide.

Telemechanics maintenance service is unique to the maintenance industry. We provide full on-site storage of spare parts for critical locations, direct connection to a trained service technician on every service call (we do not use dispatchers), remote diagnostic capability and free access to our help desk.

Our first call screening capability allows our technicians to talk with the end user about the problem and to begin an immediate solution response. In situations involving AT&T controllers we are able to dial into the boxes to run remote diagnostics, reboot or reconfigure around bad ports. In many cases our technicians, with the help of your end-user, can resolve problems immediately. When we dispatch field service we can provide our CE's with diagnostic information and probable parts requirements before they go on site. All of these procedures mean we provide a high level of first call resolutions, which translates to greater equipment uptime.

Our standard maintenance contracts provide for 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. coverage with TWO HOUR on-site response for all failures which render a unit of mission-critical equipment (excluding peripherals) inoperable and FOUR HOURS for all other equipment failures. Extended hours and additional response options are available to meet your needs.

Users of Memorex (MTX) equipment now have the option of using a service provider other than Decision One for maintenance. Telemechanics, in partnership with NCR, is an authorized service provider for the complete line of MTX products. ( See press release ).

In addition to on-site maintenance, Telemechanics provides equipment sales, installation and depot repair services for the complete line of 3270 Controllers, Terminals and Printers.
